This second annual survey by the Arizona Education Policy Initiative (AEPI), a collaboration of Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and the University of Arizona, asked Arizona parents their opinions about the condition of education in the state. For the second-consecutive year, parents view inadequate funding as the biggest challenge facing Arizona's public schools.
