Walter C. Farrell, Jr.

Walter C. Farrell, Jr., is a professor of social work, public health, and public policy and the associate director of the Urban Investment Strategies Center in the Frank Hawkins Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise in the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research interests include the study of minority economic development issues, demographic change and inter-ethnic conflict in contemporary society, public education and public school privatization, workforce diversity, and urban social issues.
